Terms of Service
Effective date: August 10, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
The Rewired Hub, the Rewired Mastermind, and the Rewired 30 (together, the "Program") are operated by Shama Hyder ("we," "us," or the "Company"). By creating an account, signing in, or using any part of the Program, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Program.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
- Your login is personal. Keep your credentials confidential and don't share your account — each seat in the Program is for one person.
- If you received a temporary password, you must set your own password on first sign-in. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
3. Program access and license
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the sessions, recordings, replays, worksheets, prompts, and other materials for your own individual, non-commercial use. Replay access is as described at the time of purchase.
You may not:
- share, publish, re-record, redistribute, or resell any session, recording, or material;
- share your login or give others access to the member hub;
- use the materials to build a competing course, program, or product.
4. Intellectual property
All Program content — including live and recorded sessions, slides, worksheets, prompt libraries, templates, and the hub itself — is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you. Trademarks and product names of third parties (for example Claude, ChatGPT, or Wispr Flow) belong to their respective owners.
5. Live sessions, recordings, and community
- Live sessions are recorded, and recordings — which may include your name, likeness, voice, questions, and shared screens — are made available to Program members. By participating, you consent to this recording and sharing within the Program.
- Be respectful in sessions and in the community spaces (including the WhatsApp group). No harassment, hate speech, spam, or unsolicited selling to other members.
- What other members share in the Program (their businesses, numbers, questions) stays in the Program. Don't share other members' information outside it.
- The WhatsApp community is provided on WhatsApp, which has its own terms and privacy practices.
6. Payments and refunds
Pricing, tiers, and what each tier includes are described at the time of purchase on shamahyder.com/rewired-mastermind. Any refund terms are those stated at purchase. For billing questions or a copy of your receipt, contact team@shamahyder.com.
7. Educational purposes only — no professional advice
The Program is educational. Nothing in the sessions, materials, or community is legal, financial, tax, investment, accounting, medical, or other professional advice, and no coach-client, advisor-client, or fiduciary relationship is created. Decisions you make for your business remain yours. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything that could significantly affect your business or finances.
8. No guarantee of results
We share strategies, tools, and workflows that have worked for us and for others. Your results depend on your situation, effort, judgment, and factors outside anyone's control. We make no promises about outcomes, revenue, savings, or performance. Any examples or member stories are illustrations, not typical or guaranteed results.
9. Third-party tools and AI outputs
- The Program teaches workflows using third-party services (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Zoom, Vimeo, or Wispr Flow). Those services have their own terms, pricing, and availability, which are your responsibility. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.
- AI systems produce output that can be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. Always review AI output before relying on it or sending it to anyone. You are responsible for how you use AI in your work, including confidentiality and compliance obligations you have to others.
- Some links in the Program may be referral or affiliate links; see our Disclaimer.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Program and the hub are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the hub will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Program. Our total liability for any claim related to the Program is limited to the amount you paid for the Program in the twelve months before the claim arose.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its team from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Program or its materials.
13. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the hub or community if you materially violate these terms — for example, sharing recordings or your login, or mistreating other members. You may stop using the Program at any time; sections 4 and 7–12 survive termination.
14. Changes
We may update these terms as the Program evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use of the Program after that means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
