Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 10, 2026

This policy explains what the Rewired Hub (operated by Shama Hyder) collects, why, and what your choices are. Short version: we collect what we need to run the Program well, we don't sell your data, and you can reach a human about any of it.

1. What we collect

• Account details — your email, name, and password (stored as a secure hash by our authentication provider; we never see your password).
• Sign-in activity — when you visit the hub, we log the time and the page you landed on, so we know who's engaged and who might need a nudge.
• Session check-ins — the feedback you submit after sessions (your questions and what you'd like more of), tied to your email so we can follow up.
• Preferences — your contact preferences and program tier.
• Messages you send us — emails and WhatsApp messages you send to the team.

2. How we use it

• To sign you in and give you access to your cohort's materials.
• To run the Program: shaping office hours around your questions, following up when someone falls behind, and improving sessions.
• To send you Program emails you've opted into — you can adjust these any time in My Account.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information. Ever.

3. Where your data lives

• Supabase — authentication and our database (accounts, sign-in activity, check-ins).
• Vercel — hosts the hub and processes standard server logs.
• Kit — our email list, if you subscribe to updates.
• Vimeo and Zoom — session recordings are streamed from these services, which may set their own cookies when you press play.
• Google — only if you choose "Sign in with Google."
• WhatsApp — the community group runs on WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

Within the team, only Shama and Yves see member activity and feedback.

4. Cookies and local storage

The hub uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions and small conveniences (like remembering which cohort you're viewing and which check-ins you've completed). We don't run third-party advertising trackers on the hub.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your account and Program data while the Program platform is running so your "lifetime replay" access works. Want your account or data deleted? Email team@shamahyder.com and we'll take care of it.

6. Security

Access to member data is restricted to admins, passwords are hashed by our authentication provider, and database access is protected by row-level security. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the surface small.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you can opt out of non-essential emails, at any time — through My Account or by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law (such as the GDPR or CCPA); email us and we'll honor them.

8. Children

The Program is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll post the update here with a new effective date and flag it in the community.
