Here's my team structure:

[List each person's name and role, or just the roles if you prefer]

For each role, here's what they spend most of their time on:
[Describe the primary tasks — status reports, data pulls, client emails, meeting coordination, content creation, etc.]

Now analyze this:
1. Which tasks across my team are the highest-volume, lowest-judgment work that AI could handle?
2. If each person got 5 hours a week back, what should they be doing instead?
3. Where is my team doing work that's already been done somewhere else in the org?
4. What's the one role that would change most dramatically with AI — and what would that person's job look like in 6 months?
5. If I could only introduce AI into one workflow for one person, where's the highest ROI?

Don't try to transform everything. Find the one person, one task, one workflow where AI creates the clearest win. Prove it there first.

This is the clarity exercise that separates leaders who "adopt AI" from leaders who actually change how their team operates.
