Use an account your company allows you to connect. Review the permissions before approving access. If your inbox contains regulated, legal, personnel, board, or client-confidential material, check your company policy first. You can disconnect the integration at any time.

In Claude, click the integrations icon or go to settings. Find Gmail connector. Toggle it on. Authenticate with Google. On ChatGPT, go to Settings → Connected Apps → Google.
